  First the teller didn't know the procedure for a person trying to collect on a bounced check written to my business, which is understandable I guess, but instead of asking her manager how to handle the situation she sent me on my way with the wrong information. After an hour of leg work I returned to have Opportunity Bank issue me a cashier's check only to find out that they were going to charge me $5 to issue said check. That's right, I had to pay $5 in order to receive money that was owed to me in the first place. Not only do they ding their own customer for bouncing a check but they ding the person trying to collect the money. We've been in business for over thirty years and have dealt with many bounced checks from many different banks, we've never been charged anything for an issued check until this Opportunity Bank. Just plain bad business.

  Very helpful, convenient and thorough. I prefer this branch due to their attitude and knowledge as well as ability to troubleshoot and be effective good listeners and efficient with time. Very nice beginning to end!

Throughout the process I had tons of questions (probably more than the ty pical buyer), and she was always available and provided me with prompt, detailed answers. In addition, Erika was continually swift sending me brand new listings the day they became available in this competitive market. We were able to walk through our home the first day on the market, and put in an offer the next day!   These guys are the epitome of slumlords. Go to Garden City Property or Bitterroot Prty Mgmt - they'll treat you like people, unlike Summit. Summit, for the most part, are fine when you're renting from them. However, when you move out, is where Summit will try to take as much money as possible from your security deposit. For us, Summit Property Management took over $1000 out of our security deposit for damages on our porch. I'll admit that the porch was a mess, and we did our share of damage, but visiting the house six months after moving out, they never did a single repair to the porch. Furthermore, they had the audacity to call us 6 months later and demand that we give them $50 for a pluming issue that was related to us. Avoid these guys at all costs. But the maintenance who worked for them was super nice, so I'll give them one for that guy.
