Throughout the process I had tons of questions (probably more than the ty pical buyer), and she was always available and provided me with prompt, detailed answers. In addition, Erika was continually swift sending me brand new listings the day they became available in this competitive market. We were able to walk through our home the first day on the market, and put in an offer the next day!
